YAY!!!Unloaded a kiln yesterday and I am pleased with all of it...FINALLY! Kilns are such fickle things, expecially when they get theirelements replaced. All my blues came out...even the new one(although it wasn't put on thick enough).
No red stain burnout either~!
It's time to ell me what you think...I am wondering ifI need the 'insert' of texture and color...maybe the cup has enough texture on itself...maybe leave it off the saucer.

I like the added second color. I learned a wonderful technique at a Julia Galloway workshop. I need to refine it, but I like it. The technique makes for a longer glazing process, but I sure do like the outcome.
